From the friendly and helpful counter staff to the convenient location near the city center, the hotel met all my preferences. the cleanliness standards were impeccable, adding to my overall satisfaction. I was particularly impressed by the quick activation of the water heater, which showcased the hotel's attention to detail. If I find myself in Muar again, I will undoubtedly choose this establishment for its exceptional service and amenities.
